We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our team on an ongoing temporary contract.
Hourly rate: £10.39
Hours of work: 9am - 5pm (some flexibility)
Your new role will be to provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations Director through planning corporate meetings and events, as well as minute taking whilst they are taking place. You will also be required complete briefing papers, reports and presentations along with other administration duties when required. The role will also include completing payroll and maintaining of spreadsheets.
Our ideal candidate will come from a strong administration background, including working experience of using all Microsoft packages as well as using Kelio, though training on this will be provided. You will also be required to have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to problem solve with ease.
In return you will receive excellent working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with some flexibility, with an hourly rate of £10.39 per hour. You will be on a temporary ongoing contact with a change of going permanent. You will also be able to benefit from convenient transport links including train and bus.
There will be a one stage interview for this role with an immediate start to follow and dedicated training time to ensure your success within the business.
