Job Description

Our client based near Penarth has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Administration Co-ordinator to cover maternity leave until October. For the right candidate this could lead to a similar permanent opportunity.

The main responsibiilties of the role would be to provide administrative support to the care team, including the Director of Care, and work with the Head of Governance and Quality to ensure the delivery of a high quality and effective care administration services.

Day to day work will also include:

  • Day to day work will also include liaising with external colleagues, including senior managers in order to manage diaries.
  • Working with the wider care team to ensure care administrative services are available to support services for children, young people, and their families.
  • Manage the diaries of the senior care team, organising internal and external meetings as required.
  • Support the senior care team providing periodical data and reports as required.
    Attend a range of care and wider organisation meetings, taking notes and recording / tracking actions as required.

The role is full time (37.5 hours) - M-F and whilst the hours are normally to suit office timings (9-5) some flexibility is required around this. There is a requirement to work from site full time rather than home working, however, there is free onsite parking and a cafeteria, PPE and offices which have been fully risk assessed.
