Job Description

Our client, an innovative Pudsey based company, is currently looking to appoint an Administration Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company with an excellent reputation and standing in their industry. As the Administration Coordinator you'll provide a vital link between global projects, acting as the focal point of liaison.

Within the role, day to day tasks will include:
Supporting the project leaders with their administrative tasks, ensuring all projects are logged on the system correctly
Coordinating any administrative updates, ensuring any alterations to projects are communicated clearly to all players, liaising with global company offices and third parties
Prioritising your own workload, monitoring SLAs and keeping clients and colleagues up to date
Managing the shared inbox, making sure all queries are answered or forwarded

We're looking for an organised and outgoing candidate, you'll need to be comfortable supporting colleagues at all levels both in the UK, EU and further afield.
A keen eye for detail is also essential! You'll need to be used to completing administrative tasks correctly with minimal supervision and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
