This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a team within the Telesales Department, overseeing the management and maintenance of customer records. As the Contracts Administration Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators, maintaining key customer relationships, and aligning team activities with the organization's broader objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide clear direction, goals, and expectations for your team. Motivate and empower team members to achieve their targets, build strong internal relationships, and excel in their roles.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other departments to create strategic plans and objectives. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs and targets. Offer regular feedback, coaching, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training and Development: Facilitate the professional growth of your team by providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Ensure all team members have the tools and skills needed to excel.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all team processes and procedures are followed consistently. Identify areas for improvement and introduce solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on team performance and trends. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve team results.
- Compliance: Ensure that your team complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong coaching and people management skills, with a track record of driving team success.
- Ability to consistently meet KPIs and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to convey complex information in a simple, actionable way.
- Knowledge of people management processes and strategies.
