Do you have strong administrative skills and proven success of working in an administrative capacity?
Are you an effective communicator, extremely organised with great attention to detail?
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Manager to join a well known Government organisation within the public sector. This is perfect for any professional, senior administrators seeking a more senior opportunity.

Working closely with the Financial Controller you will take control of the administrative tasks and deal with any and all customer queries via telephone and email as well as assisting with invoices, purchase orders and procurement. As well as this, the role will also include elements of the following:
- Data entry
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
- Preparing routine correspondence
- Collating and information or data and submitting results in a written report

It is essential that you have the ability to clear a DBS.
The successful candidate must also be proficient with all Microsoft packages and be comfortable picking up the in house software systems.

This job can be very demanding and therefore requires a committed, diligent and reliable individual to be successful.
Due to location your own transport is required.
