Job Description

The Ministry of Justice - Admin Officer
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £8.36 increasing to £9.02ph
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)


This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer to join the Team at the National Probation Service in Leeds City Centre with our client, The Ministry of Justice. The role will include working as part of a flexible team. This is a very interesting role, carrying out effective and efficient administration and data cleansing. You will need to have excellent Microsoft Excel skills.


Responsibilities include:
- Working on spread sheets in Microsoft Excel
- Preparing data reports
- Preparing training manuals
- Writing guidance manuals for various tasks for other users
- General Administration
- Data cleansing the MOJ internal systems


What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Quick learner
- Excellent Excel knowledge
