Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administration Officer working within a large organisation in the North Shields area.
This role would be perfect for you if you are:
" Confident and able to handle challenging conversations
" Skilled in data entry
" Computer savvy - happy and comfortable learning and navigating around new systems
" Experienced in call handling
" Detail-oriented to create and update computer records
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who believes excellent customer service should be your number one priority and would like to work in a busy and dynamic office. You will utilise strong communication skills (both spoken and written) to provide assistance and advice to customers. There will also be administration responsibilities such as post distribution, photocopying and filing, and data entry.
There is an extensive training period while undertaking general administration duties, then the work will progress to being primarily call handling and related administration tasks.
