An unmissable opportunity has opened up in various SE London locations including, Croydon, Peckham, London Bridge & Wallington to work for a Government body as an Administration Officer to undertake work relative to the current situation with COVID-19 processing claims. The role is on a temporary basis up to 6 months and an hourly pay of £14.02.

The role is based on a 37 hour working week and shift rotas will be provided in advance. Hours will fall between 7.45am to 8pm between Monday to Friday, and 8.45am to 5pm on Saturdays. You may be asked to start at 7am or finish at 10pm in some circumstances.
The successful candidate will be in a customer service based environment undertaking customer service activities such as answering inbound and outbound telephone calls. You may also have to encounter face to face interactions. Please note that social distancing measures will be in place.

" An ability to make decisions and communicate these to customers in the most efficient and professional way possible

" Processing claims and making decisions on benefit entitlement by examining the facts given to you

" To be stringent in maintaining security and confidentiality at all times
