Job Description

Our Public Sector client is looking for a number of strong administrators to help support different areas of their business. This is a temporary role, Monday to Friday 37.00 hours per week, paying £11.03 per hour. This role is mainly working from home, but you must be within travelling distance of a local office to attend on occasion. These are Exeter, York, Carlisle, Stafford, Worcester, Bristol, Preston and Truro.

You will be required to provide general administrative support for the client`s Teams. The main role responsibilities are listed below, together with any other ad hoc administration duties as required:
- Preparing documents and files
- Data entry on tracker spreadsheets and / or databases
- Accurately inputting data and collating paperwork / forms
- Some communication with internal/external stakeholders by email and telephone

You must be well organised and have strong MS Office skills, and some previous administrative experience.

Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
