Job Description

We are delighted to work alongside our esteemed public sector clients, supporting them in their search for a temporary Administration Officer. Excellent hours, pay rate and location available, please read on for more information:

Contract: Temporary, 3 Months - extensions highly likely on an ongoing basis
Location: Newcastle City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours per week), 8:30am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £9.45 per hour

This position will encompass a number of administrative responsibilities, including:
- Extensive post room duties, managing incoming post, inputting entries on to computer systems on a daily basis for 2.5 - 3 hours per day
- Inputting new cases on to the system
- Linking files to ensure ease of access to comprehensive cases for all relevant personnel
- Filing and photocopying

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would be looking for more of a long term temporary job posting. Successful candidates will have strong administrative experience with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel, Word and Outlook, excellent communication skills and the confidence and fluency to deal with various members of the public and legal advisors.
