HMRC - Clerical/Admin Officer
Location: Working from Home provisionally
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)
This is an ongoing temporary position for at least six months with the possibility of a further extension or a permanent placement, at the discretion of the business requirements.
We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer to join the Team in Leeds with our client, HMRC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that offers training and a great working environment.
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support. You will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
" Managing the inbox and ensuring emails and correspondence are actioned quickly
" Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data and submitting results in a written report
" Overseeing Administrative procedures and processes
" Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and sources
" Preparing routine correspondence
" Preparing bundles to be sent to Court as and when required
" General administration
" Supporting the Business Support team
" Dealing with work requests
What we are looking for:
" Ability to work within a team
" Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
" Competent user of Microsoft packages
" Excellent customer service
This role will be working from home for now and then you would be working from home 3 days a week and 2 in the office from September (if the offices are back open which is still not confirmed)
