Administration Officer
Location: Remote Working
Job Type: Temporary
Sector: Public Sector and Government
Pay: £11.04p.h
Hours: 37 hours a week



Brook Street are excited to currently be recruiting for remote workers to complete daily computer-based admin tasks for one of our public sector clients.
You will ensure proper flow of office procedures by carrying out office duties. Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.

What will be my day to day?
Within this role your daily tasks will be as follows:
* Liaise with members of the public and other staff members
* Collate and compare data
* Action any telephone, email and letter queries
* Filing, Data Entry, Photocopying
* Use Word, Excel and client specific software's
