Job Description

Our Public Sector client is looking for a strong Administrator to help support their Customer Service Centre. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 37.00 hours per week, paying £10.90 per hour. Although based in Worcester the client is currently offering working from home, but please be aware that they are looking to move to a hybrid role moving forward.

You will be responsible for a wide range of functions including updating information on to their systems, inputting data on to an internal data base and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on policies and procedures and keeping the department up to date.

You should have strong organisational skills, communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.

IT skills are essential so you will need to be proficient in all MS applications.
