Job Description

Our Public Sector client is looking for a strong Administrator to help support their Licensing Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 37.00 hours per week, paying £11.03 per hour. This role is fully remote working.

You will be required to provide administrative support for the preparation of licenses on the client's Outbreak Team or will provide cover for staff whilst they are on the Outbreak Team.

The main role responsibilities are listed below, and any other ad hoc administration duties as required:
- Preparing license documents
- Data entry on tracker spreadsheets and / or databases
- Accurately inputting data and collating paperwork
- Assisting with routine administrative processes and procedures
- Preparing routine correspondence

You must be well organised and have strong MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook more specifically).

Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
