A new, exciting position has become available to work for a Government body as an Administration Officer. The position will be paid £13.27 an hour, working Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, with the occasional rota` d Saturday. You will be required to work full time in the office based in Victoria, Central London. Opportunities for hybrid working could be discussed after completion of training.
Please note, for any candidates going through the process a CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) clearance will be required.
This is an exciting opportunity; you will work through Brook Street as a temporary worker for an initial 4 month period and once your training has been completed and successfully passed, you will convert over to a Fixed Term Contract with the client directly, which will run until August 2023.
As an Administrative Officer, your main task will be to check applications thoroughly. Day to day, you will:
" Examine applications made via the postal/partner route as well as those made in person, checking the identity and nationality of the applicant.
" Support on-site function.
" Deal with customers quickly, politely and efficiently
" Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in writing, by telephone and face-to-face.
" Examine documentation and other evidence to identify potentially fraudulent applications.
" Work flexibly and give colleagues a helping hand.
" Team-orientated and a clear communicator
