Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Dudley is currently looking for an Administrative Officer to support their department. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm however the successful candidate must have a degree of flexibility in line with the needs of the business. This will be an ongoing temporary assignment, paying £10.86 per hour.

This role with be responsible for assisting in all pre-court administration duties such as ensuring that all relevant files and paperwork has been put together ready for the hearings. You may also be required to complete some general duties including photocopying, scanning and filing. You may also be required to monitor the office email inbox, sifting through incoming mail, linking and delivering it to the appropriate teams. You will also be required to answer calls and have some working knowledge of Word and Excel. You will also be required to support the Judiciary with hearings using the Courts bespoke systems, ie Cloud Video Platform, MS Teams and other video / audio platforms.

Please note this role will require a DBS check, and full referencing for last three years.
