Job Description

Brook Street has a fantastic opportunity for three Administration Officers to join a fantastic organisation during one of their busiest periods

These positions will start Wednesday 17th August for three days training, and is expected to end Friday 28th October. These are full time positions working 8:30 - 16:30 with an early finish on a Friday

Please note you will need to undergo a DBS check for this position

What will you do as Administration Officer?

  • Data entry
  • Work to tight deadlines
  • Ensure all documents comply with business regulations
  • Ensure customers are grouped correctly

What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

  • Good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the internet
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload, often with conflicting demands
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
