Job Description

My Public Sector Client is looking for an Administration Officer to provide support within their Resourcing Support Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30pm, 37.00 hours a week. This role is paying £11.23 per hour. The role is fully home working.

You will be expected to provide administrative, logistical and tactical support for their campaigns. This will cover the whole of the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks and collecting ID documentation. Part of your role will also be to keep trackers updated with candidate progress so that any delays can be identified and solutions to keep them moving found.

You will be expected to be self-motivated, confident, switched on and highly organised with great attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with colleagues of all levels within their organisation. You must of course have strong MS office skills as well.
