Our Public Sector clients based in Cambridge are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.
Our client offers a great working environment, just 10 minutes from the train station. Offering on-site parking facilities and free lunch.
You will be providing administrative assistance to area management and Cambridge based team, servicing and event-managing internal and external business meetings and coordinating administrative processes. Key tasks include note-taking and following-up on actions, coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements.
You will be a first point of contact, responding to queries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and greeting visitors as required.
What type of skills, knowledge and behaviour will I need?
- You will have experience of providing administrative and programme support
- You will be highly organised, able to work with a high level of attention to detail and with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple priorities.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You must be numerate, have good research skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
This role is from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm for £12.05 per hour!
