Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is currently looking for an Administrative Officer to support their Investigation and Enforcement Department. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm. This will potentially be a 12-month temporary assignment, paying £11.53 per hour. This is currently hybrid working 3 days a week onsite and 2 from home.

Your responsibilities will be to prepare cases to be sent for further investigation. This will involve creating cases on the company system and issuing requests for non-public data about Company Directors, financial information requests including company bank statements.

Once received you will perform analysis work on the data and bank statements to help establish how funds were used and if the company had been entitled to the amount of finance applied for.

Skills required:
" Ability to use Excel Spreadsheets to collate, organise and extract key information
" Sound organisation skills to manage workloads
" Ability to work to work at pace to meet deadlines

This role will require a DBS check and three years referencing.
