A brilliant opportunity had risen to work as an Administration Officer to work in the Southport area within a government body. It is a temporary full time role working 37.5 hours per week, the rate of pay starts at £9.28 per hour rising to £10.79 after 12 weeks of work. This is temporary role for 3 months with a view to being extended.
Our client is looking for someone who has an analytical methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail and will need to provide proven administration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate with a wide range of varied clients.
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to: Collating and analysing data, submitting results in a written report Build analytical queries and complete performance reports for weekly statistical analysis by the Director Respond and track customer enquiries using in house systems Overseeing administrative procedures and processes Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources Preparing routine correspondence Complete data releases following a detailed process
