Exciting Opportunity - Administration Officer | Lichfield | £14.48 p/hr | Full-Time | Public Sector
Our public sector client based in Lichfield is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join their Medical Academy Team. This is a full-time temporary assignment working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, paying £14.48 per hour.
The role is fully office-based initially, with the potential for hybrid working after approximately six weeks of training.
Responsibilities:
You'll play a vital role in supporting the Academy Team, ensuring smooth delivery and coordination of their medical training programmes. Key responsibilities include:
- Keeping course details up to date and ensuring clear communication between applicants and course staff
- Managing enrolments to maximise course capacity and ensure appropriate candidate placement
- Creating and maintaining applicant profiles
- Directing queries to the correct departments swiftly and professionally
- Maintaining regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Carrying out a range of general admin duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- A confident, self-motivated administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - you'll be interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a similar admin role
Please note: This role requires a current DBS check and three years of references to be in place prior to starting.
