Join Our Client as a Full-Time Administrative Officer in Wrexham!
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to support a vital public sector team? Our client in Wrexham is hiring a dedicated Admin Officer for a temporary 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within a professional environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Organising, producing, and maintaining accurate records for your area of work
* Acting as the main contact for team communications, prioritising and distributing messages efficiently
* Completing monitoring reports and inputting requisitions into finance systems
* Coordinating awareness sessions and preparing paperwork for managerial checks
* Corresponding with stakeholders and agencies to ensure smooth information sharing
* Maintaining databases, filing systems, and logs, responding within agreed timescales
* Collating data related to Service Delivery Indicators (SDIs)
What you'll bring:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work within deadlines
Additional details:
* Location: Wrexham (accessible by public transport)
* Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Pay rate: £12.86 per hour
* Benefits include weekly pay, holidays, and pension scheme
