Join Our Client as an Administrative Officer in Burnley!

Are you organised, motivated, and ready to support the justice system? Our client, a reputable public sector organisation, is hiring for a full-time temporary Administrative Officer based in Burnley. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality court and tribunal services.

What you'll be doing:
* Preparing papers and files for court hearings, tribunals, and meetings
* Producing and updating court documents and records on internal systems
* Data input and drafting standard letters and documents
* Clerking Civil and Family Courts, tribunals, and hearings
* Assisting court users with general queries
* Supporting remote hearings via Cloud Video Platform (CVP)
* Performing general administrative duties as required
* Supporting operational delivery across multiple locations, mainly Preston, Blackburn, and Burnley

What you'll bring:
* Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to follow established processes and detailed instructions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to work across different locations and occasional weekends/bank holidays
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Details:
* Location: Burnley (with some travel to Preston and Blackburn)
* Contract: 3 months, with potential extension
* Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
* Pay rate: £12.86 per hour, increasing to £13.25 after 12 weeks
* Occasional Saturday and bank holiday cover

Requirements:
* Well-developed administrative skills
* Ability to work with digital channels and internal systems
* Clear communication skills
