Join Our Client as a Full-Time Administration Officer in Burnley!
Are you organised, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Our client, a reputable public sector organisation within Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), is hiring for a dedicated Administration Officer to support their busy courts and tribunals in Burnley.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings
* Producing court documents and updating records on internal systems
* Data input and drafting standard letters and documents
* Clerking Civil and Family Courts, tribunals, and hearings
* Assisting court users with general queries
* Performing other administrative duties as required
What you'll bring:
* Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to follow established processes and detailed instructions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Details:
* Location: Burnley
* Contract: Full-time, temporary (initially 3 months with potential extension)
* Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Pay rate: £12.86 per hour, increasing to £13.25 after 12 weeks
