Administration Officer - HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS)
Location: Birkenhead
Contract: Full-time, temporary (2 months with potential extension)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour

We are hiring for a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join this important public sector team in Birkenhead. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the justice system while developing your administrative skills.

What you'll be doing:
* Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings
* Producing court documents and updating records on internal systems
* Data input and management
* Drafting standard letters and documents
* Clerking Civil and Family Courts, tribunals, and hearings
* Assisting court users with general queries
* Supporting other administrative tasks as required

What you'll bring:
* Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to follow established processes and detailed instructions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment

Additional information:
* Training will be provided on internal systems
* Successful candidates will undergo a thorough background check, including DBS, employment, education, and address verification, along with references if needed
