Are you organised, motivated, and ready to support the smooth operation of courts and tribunals? Our client, a reputable public sector organisation, is hiring for a full-time Administrative Officer based in Liverpool. This exciting role offers a chance to contribute to the justice system while developing your administrative skills.

What you'll be doing:
* Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings
* Producing court documents and updating records on internal systems
* Data input and creating standard letters and correspondence
* Assisting court users with queries and providing excellent customer service
* Supporting scheduling, serving court documents, and executing warrants
* Handling face-to-face, written, and telephone enquiries
* Contributing to team meetings and small projects
* Checking, verifying, and assembling information for reports and returns

What you'll bring:
* Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes
* Relevant computer skills for data entry and document preparation
* Flexibility to work across different office locations as needed

Additional Information:
* Location: Liverpool
* Contract: 3 months with potential extension
* Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
* Pay rate: £12.86/hour, rising to £13.25 after 12 weeks
* Benefits include weekly pay, holiday entitlement, and pension scheme
