Join Our Client as a Part-time Administrative Officer in Blackpool!
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Our client, a reputable government organisation, is hiring for a temporary Administrative Officer to support their busy courts and tribunals in Blackpool. This flexible role offers 19 hours per week over three days, with a pay rate of £12.86 per hour, until March 2027..
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing papers, files, and court documents for hearings and meetings
* Managing records and data input on in-house systems
* Assisting with court clerking, scheduling, and supporting court users
* Handling face-to-face, phone, and written enquiries with professionalism
* Supporting the organisation of meetings, training, and small projects
* Verifying documents, processing casework, and ensuring compliance
* Producing basic reports and statistical analysis
* Communicating effectively with judiciary, legal professionals, and the public
What you'll bring:
