Job Description

Role: Fines/Admin Officer

Location: Kidderminster

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with some flexibility (37 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £10.86

This role will involve general administration responsibilities and dealing with Fine Enforcement Cases. This would include, but may not be limited to:

- Dealing with all administrative processes including correspondence, write offs, enforcement operational reports, intelligence checks

Re-raising and writing back accounts, emails, telephone work, general Enforcement work.

In house training will be provided for the client's internal IT Systems.

Accuracy and attention to detail are essential and candidates will be required to have some working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Please note this role will require a DBS check, and full referencing for the last three years.
