Administration Officer / Office Support

Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Officer to join our team in the Aldershot area. This is an ongoing temporary role due.

We are looking for someone who is able to provide some management support and carry out fairly complex administration duties. You will be expected to work on your own and as well as a team and follow set procedures. Some of the work you will be expected to carry out includes:

" Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others
" Compiling, verifying and reporting data
" Completing forms or reports
" Managing the workload of a small team, if required
" Completing general admin duties
" Supporting the team with anything else required


We are looking for someone with good communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge on Microsoft packages is also important due to internal systems you would be using.

Due to the nature of this role a Disclosure Scotland will need to be processed before you can start working, this will cost £25.00 and will need to be paid upfront via cheque or postal order. Please note that this will be reimbursed back to you after temping for four weeks.

The hours are full time, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm with an hour's lunch.

The hourly rate is £9.63 per hour to be paid weekly in arrears. You will also accrue holiday hours on a weekly basis.
