Job Description
We are looking for an Project Support to work for our client within the Environment Agency.
Location: Working from home
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.45
Overview of role:
You will provide routine Administrative support task according to well-established procedures to Senior Management within Project and Contract Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the teams mailbox
Booking and arranging meetings
General administration e.g. filing, photocopying
Minute taking
Collating information together from surveys
Responding to queries
Skills required for the role:
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
Good communication both verbal and written
Time management and organisation
Previous administration experience
- Telephone work
