Job Description

We are looking for an Project Support to work for our client within the Environment Agency.

Location: Working from home
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.45

Overview of role:
You will provide routine Administrative support task according to well-established procedures to Senior Management within Project and Contract Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the teams mailbox

  • Booking and arranging meetings

  • General administration e.g. filing, photocopying

  • Minute taking

  • Collating information together from surveys

  • Responding to queries


Skills required for the role:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Good communication both verbal and written

  • Time management and organisation

  • Previous administration experience

  • Telephone work
