As a Administrator/ Sales Order Processor, you will be receiving inbound calls from customers and you will be directing the calls through to either the sales team or the purchasing team. Raising orders as they come in, once they have been raised you will be sending order confirmations to the customer and once the goods are ready, you will be calling the customer to confirm a delivery date and time.
You will have a positive attitude, an excellent team player and happy to support where needed.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4pm with one hour for lunch. This client has a great range of visits including lunch bought in for the whole team EVERY day!, 20 days holiday + Bank holidays, free parking, team bonus for targets being achieved and much more!
