Administration Support Assistant to Senior Probation Officer
Location: Bootle
Salary: 12.71 per hour

25 hours per week, office based

Our client, a reputable organisation, is hiring for an Administration Support Assistant to assist a Senior Probation Officer at Sefton Magistrates Court. This is a bespoke support worker position and the successful applicant will act as a source of support to an existing Senior Probation Officer. Must have knowledge of neuro-diverse needs and the challengers that can bring. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to community safety and offender rehabilitation within a supportive team environment.

What you'll be doing:
* Providing essential support to the Senior Probation Officer, providing diary management, managing cases and ensuring compliance with court orders
* Assisting with case preparation, including gathering and organising relevant information
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies
* Liaising with court staff, partner agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth case management
