Job Description

Would you like to work for a company that`s been trading for over 35 years with a location in Cardiff, just outside the city centre with onsite car parking. Great for commuters, with the possibility of earning bonus for great attendance and Christmas bonus.

We`re working with a company who are leaders in their field. They specialise in technology that improves people`s health. Their products are interesting and specialist.

We`re looking for somebody who has excellent Administration and Customer Service experience, a stable working background who loves variety, who is used to working as part of a team. We`re looking for somebody with great Microsoft Office skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support within a busy customer services department. You will be processing sales order, producing quotations, sending out product literature to customers, helping with general telephone enquiries plus a variety of other administration duties.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and upbeat individual with excellent communication skills with a strong and stable background within administration and customer services and the ability to work as part of a busy team with a keen eye for detail . We are looking for somebody who can work with challenges and deliver the very best service.
