Job Description

Are you an experienced Administrator or Administrative Team Leader looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the property industry?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity. Working with the UK's fastest growing estate agency, you will be a Administration Team Leader overseeing a busy Sales and Lettings team at their Liverpool city centre office.

Day to day duties in this role include:

Introducing and upkeeping the daily structures for your Lettings team.

To develop all staffing into effective, agreed processes which include: Handling complaints and introducing improvements to each team members.

Holding regular, one to one morning meetings to check all welcoming calls are completed first thing, all moves in are completed within certification and documents on file.

Following all the correct administration processes and implement them by following each compliance process steps chronologically.

Ensuring there is a minimum 48 hour contact with all tenants and landlords.

Following all company complaints procedures and the handling of complaints effectively.

Show support for business values alongside demonstrating and promoting a high level of honesty and integrity.

Able to build and maintain good working relationships, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.

Have a good level of numeracy and literacy skills.

It is also desirable to have the following experience:

Management or team leader experience within either property or office industries.

Processing development and implementation.

Lettings administration experience.
