Job Description

Our NHS client based in Northumberland are looking to recruit for an Administrative Assistant to cover Maternity leave.

The post holder will provide administrative support for the CHC (Continuing Healthcare) and restitution team. The role will be to copy, log and organise the casefiles and data bundles as required for panels and NHS England with the latter adhering to their required structure, take and type minutes, standard letters and data extraction forms. They will also support the day to day administrative tasks.

Pay rate - Band 3

Skills required:

Good standard of general education.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Experience of general office duties and good communication skills.
Experience of good customer service
Ability to work within a clear policy of confidentiality.
