What's the Pay = £18'000 Per Year
What's the Hours = 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
Monitor stock levels for shortages and excess quantities.
Process and update deliveries from suppliers all over the world into our System in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep Purchase Orders up to date on our System with correct quantities and prices, adjusting these as required.
Setup new products.
Organize samples for the design / account management teams.
Update and maintain Purchase orders.
Work closely with Goods In processing POD.
Inform suppliers of quality issues and claims.
Good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
What We Need From the Ideal Candidate
Own transport is essential due to location.
Ability to remain calm and unruffled under stress.
Real team player with the ability to communicate and influence effectively with a real eye for detail and the ability to pick things up quickly.
Ambitious and educated to A-Levels or equivalent with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Literacy, numeracy skills and the ability to prioritise own workload.
Excellent communications skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP)
Experience with a buying environment and / or logistics functions.
