My client who is a large health care organisation (NHS) is looking to recruit an experienced administrative assistant for a temporary possible ongoing position based in Manchester City Centre.
The role will involve providing admin support such as preparing documents, arranging meetings, taking minutes, maintaining diary as well as other admin duties as and when required. You will need to be computer literate and have previous admin experience as well as minute taking experience. Microsoft office & outlook knowledge is essential. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has previously worked as an administrator and wants to progress further.
This position is a 3 month fixed term contract however there is a possibility that this could be extended. The working hours are 9:00-17:00 Mon-Fri and this is a full time position, the rate of pay is £9.31p/h which rises up to £10.33p/h after 12 weeks.
