Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work for our client within the Environment Agency. This will be a long term temporary assignment.

Location: Leeds City Centre

Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £9.56 per hour

Overview of role:
You will provide routine Administrative support task according to well-established procedures to Senior Management within Project and Contract Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the teams mailbox
- Booking and arranging meetings
- General administration e.g. filing, photocopying and proof-reading data
- Minute taking
- Following up on actions from interviews
- Responding to queries and passing messages to the Senior Management Team

Skills required for the role:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good communication both verbal and written
- Time management and organisation
- Previous administration experience
