My Wokingham based client is looking for someone to join there busy Administration Department. This is a highly varied role with lots of different jobs and tasks to be done. You will be assisting with order entry, processing job sheets and producing the labels for the production staff. You will also be allocating stock to orders and producing the invoices which are then emailed to the customers. The administration team are also responsible for ordering all supplies for the production and warehouse teams.
The Idea candidate will have a good understanding of Sage 50 and general Microsoft skills. A basic geographical knowledge would be preferred as we are dealing with Distributors all around the world. You will need a good telephone etiquette as you will often be speaking with NHS and other senior laboratory figures around the UK and the World and you must have a very keen attention to detail.
