Job Description
Brook Street are currently working alongside a Supported Housing Company who have an exciting opportunity for a administrative ASSISTANT to join their team in Watford.
Your new role will offer you:
" Annually salary of £25000

Day to day of role:
" To provide administrative support
" To be responsible for the delivery of the day to day administration needs
" To deal with telephone and email enquiries
" To scan, photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
" To schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
" To order and maintain stationery and equipment
" To sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post
" To write letters and assist with producing reports
" To organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
" To manage data and produce documents and presentations
" To create and maintain filing and other office systems
" To develop good working relationships with colleagues
" To work closely with and follow the instructions of the Operations Manager
The skills needs are as follows:
" ICT Skills
" Good standard of education with good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
" Be appropriately skilled with suitable knowledge and administration experience
" Be adept in technology
" Be an effective multitasker
" Have superior time management skills
