GOVERNMENT ADMIN ROLES IN BELFAST
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting Administrative Assistants on behalf of our government client.
The successful candidates will work full-time hours in a government building in Belfast city centre conducting administrative duties. The hours of work are 0900-1700 from Monday to Friday, the rate of pay starts at £8.21 and increases to £8.91 from week 13 onwards.
Duties include utilising PCs and CRM systems daily, conducting administrative duties on the PCs, scanning and saving documentation, and ensuring all information is recorded accurately in the electronic filing systems.
Candidates must have excellent IT-literacy skills, must have great attention to detail, and must be able to work efficiently within a team. All applicants must secure a CTC clearance which can take up to 12 weeks to secure.
