Job Description

A full time temporary role has become available within the Liverpool area, in a government department.
hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday, office hours.
Pay: 8.87 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to 10.88 per hour after 12 weeks.
Duties:
The agency staff will be placed in one of two roles.

Accommodation Team - Managing those applying for accommodation/financial support. Processing the applications, the requests for accommodation and the dispersal to that property. Liaising with accommodation providers, UKVI managers, Police and the Probation Service will also be required.

Casework Support - Working within the case working teams to support their efforts to removal foreign national offenders from the United Kingdom. Managing basic admin tasks, answering emails, requesting information, creating digital files, liaising with other departments and stakeholders.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties as there will be many more aspects to the role.
Skills:
Good IT/Microsoft skills, ability to multi-task and re-prioritise workloads on a daily basis, good organisational skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders.
