Job Description

We are currently looking for an Admin Officer to work for our client within Rural Payment Agency. This will be a long term temporary assignment.

Location: Leeds City Centre

Hours: Monday- Friday 37 hours a week

Salary: £10.58

About the role:


Provide customers and delivery partners with a consistently high quality service. Provide excellent support to managers and team members in delivering their respective roles and responsibilities. Build strong, constructive working relationships with regional AOs, EOs and other RD and RPA colleagues.


Key responsibilities:


- Responding to both telephone and email queries
- Managing E-mail inbox
- Ensure records are accurately maintained and updated
- Create and maintain project files
- Support the regional team in the delivery of the current programme
- Minute taking
- Booking Meeting rooms, travel and accommodation
- Attend meetings as an observer

Key Skills:

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong IT knowledge with Microsoft Packages, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work independently and with in team

Will use RPA in house computer systems for completing data. They will provide full training when you start the role.
