Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS

PUBLIC SECTOR

BELFAST

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working with a Government client to supply Administrative Officers for their site in Belfast.

Based in the Forestside / Galwally area of Belfast, the AOs will work in one of the three teams across the UK to complete administrative tasks for a specific Government department. Duties will include:

" Capturing biometrics from all clients
" Completing operating mandate checks
" Ensuring accurate, comprehensive, and concise minutes
" Completing and serving the associated paperwork to support the registration process
" Completing bulk lists
" Taking incoming telephone calls from clients who wish to register claims
" Booking appointments for clients who wish to register claims
" File tracking and other administrative duties

The days of work in this role are Monday to Friday, the hours are general office hours e.g. 0900-1700, and the rate of pay for these temporary Administrative Officer roles is £11.10 per hour.
