Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in BT8 has a vacancy for an Administrator to join a friendly office team.

Our client has confirmed that this role is full time hours Monday to Thursday from 0900 to 1700 and finish on a Friday at 1630. the post is available until May 2022 initially

In your new role, you will be required to organise events and conferences
Deliver a calendar of online and face-to-face training courses with the support of an Administrator
Maintain information and recording systems to report data on relevant work areas


You are a good fit for this role, if you have previous administration experience and are a confident user in IT including Word and Excel

Skills and Qualifications:
Must be qualified to G.C.S.E standard (including Maths and English) or equivalent
2 A Levels or higher qualification AND 18 months relevant experience* OR 3 years relevant experience*
Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High level of attention and accuracy for detail


You will be paid an hourly rate of £11.09 per hour, paid on a weekly basis and enjoy 37 days annual leave per annum
