Job Description

My Public Sector Client based in Birmingham City Centre, is looking for Administrators to support their department. This is a temporary role, initially until 31/03/23 with a very good chance of an extension.This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 37.00 hours a week. You will usually work around the hours of 9am - 5pm. This role is paying £11.28 p/hr. This role will be fully on site working.

The role will be to provide broad administrative assistance to the department, including but not restricted to photocopying, filing and database work. You must be able to follow set processes and procedures to assist with their workload. Some of your day to day duties will include:

- Producing documents

- Collating court files and papers

- Using in house databases and systems

- Recording outcomes

- Communication with court users via emails, telephone, letters and face to face

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of administrative experience. You must be happy to follow a set procedure.

This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, and three years referencing once you are offered the role.
