Job Description

My Public Sector Client based in Birmingham City Centre, is looking for a number of Admin Officers to support their Surge team. This is a temporary, project role for 8 weeks, Monday to Friday. They require support for the service line between 9.00am to 5.00pm, 37.00 hours a week. This role is fully onsite and will be paying £12.36 p/hr.

Please note the start date of this role is 7th April, please only apply if you are able to start on this date and have very minimal prebooked leave within 8 weeks of the start.

Your day-to-day duties will include the following but won`t be limited to:
" Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input.
" Answering telephone calls and inbox management
" Post opening and dispatch.
" Standard letters and correspondence, minutes, notes, reports, submissions etc, according to guidelines and instructions.
" Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards.

This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, and three years referencing.
