Client: Bradford Law/ County Court
Job Title: Admin Officer- Fees and Enforcement Team
Location: 38 Drake St, Bradford ,BD1 1JA
Pay Rate: £10.57 per hour rising to £11.88 per hour after 12 weeks.
Fees and Enforcement Team
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 37 hours per week

This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a full time Administrator to join the Fees and Enforcement Team at The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford. The role will include working as part of a flexible team. You will need to have excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- issuing customer claims for recovery of money, return of goods, repossession of property and damages for personal injury.
- Dealing with all correspondence relating to the claims by updating computer and paper files.
- Referring files to the judiciary and responding to customers.
- Accounting for court fees, bookkeeping and office balance.
- Sitting in court with the judge on court hearings or hosting remote court hearings via telephone or video link.
- Dealing with customer enquiries received by post, telephone or in person at the customer counters.
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Working with a high-volume output and 100% accuracy rates
- Strong IT skills
