Job Description

Client: Bradford Law/ County Court

Job Title: Admin Officer- Civil Listings Team

Location: 38 Drake St, Bradford, BD1 1JA

Pay Rate: £10.57per hour rising to £11.88per hour after 12 weeks.

Fees and Enforcement Team

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 37 hours per week

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a full time Administrator to join the Civil Listings Team at

The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford! The role will include working as part of a flexible team. You will need to have excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Preparing court files for cases listed in civil and family courts.
  • Sitting in court with Judge in attended court hearings or hosting remote court hearings by teams or video link.
  • Drawing and dispatching court orders and updating electronic and paper files with the outcome of the hearing.
  • Handling paperwork received from court users - uploading onto court record and responding to any queries raised.
  • Dealing with customers face to face at the counters or by phone.
  • Listing cases for hearing in the judicial diaries and liaising with the judiciary in relation to their daily lists

  • Working with a high-volume output and 100% accuracy rates
  • Strong IT skills
